Okay. This one is traced. I needed a bigger picture of the photo, and I found only 200X300 or something, so I decided to draw it bigger and somewhat similar. It is traced because I wanted as much of a similarity I could make. Still I am not sure if it looks like him enough... Obviously even when tracing I am terrible at portraits... 
and the hand kinda sucks *sigh* AKA if you have a bigger version of the original photo I will love you forever if you are willing to share it
I have a clean version, but this texture looked completely badass when I used it.
